We didn’t start in some fancy showroom… nope. We started in a warehouse in Lake Milton, OH, at the end of a dirt drive that more than a few first-time customers said felt like the opening scene of Deliverance. 😂

We originally planned to just sell online (mostly on eBay), but then something unexpected happened…
A local “townie” found us… told a few people… and suddenly customers started popping in just to see what we had. Before long, it became a weekly tradition — people stopping by to browse, find a bargain, and see what surprise inventory came in next.
And that’s how The Overstock Shoppe was built:

🌞 Summer Items Purchased After Labor Day
If you buy a summer item after Labor Day, we extend your guarantee until:
✅ Memorial Day of the following year
❄️ Winter or Holiday Items Purchased Out of Season
If you buy a winter or holiday item in the summer (or after the holiday), we extend your guarantee until:
✅ October 1st OR 30 days before the holiday — whichever is later
Because we believe you should be protected long enough to actually USE what you bought.
